For a quieter experience, request a room away from the men's gym and ensure it's well-ventilated upon arrival.

missingWrote a review on Nov 04spacious roomelegant finishestimely room servicepoor communication
The Boulevard King Room offered spacious surroundings with elegant finishes, making it quite comfortable. I appreciated the clean bathroom and the hotel's overall aesthetic appeal. Room service provided timely responses and the quality was decent. there were significant hiccups that affected our stay. Reception staff lacked essential customer service skills, which became evident when I wasn't informed about breakfast billing. I faced issues when retrieving a personal item left behind. The hotel promised to assist, but it was a hassle and the staff's approach was far from accommodating. Wi-Fi connectivity was consistent, which aided in planning our daily activities, but the promised communication regarding room issues never came. while there are positives, the inconsistency in service and guest management really needs attention.

Just back from a cracking stay! The fitness centre next door was pure amazin’ – top-notch gym with a view. But I’ll say, the air conditioning could’ve done with a wee bit more power. Otherwise, staff were braw and made me feel right at home!

The Boulevard King Room was spacious, but I faced awkward check-in issues.

missingWrote a review on Oct 13gym equipmentcomfortable lounge
The gym attached to the complex impressed me, offering a solid range of equipment and space to work out. The Living Room lounge provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation, ideal for grabbing a quick drink or snack.
I also found the synthetic air freshener scent in the room overwhelming—it took hours to ventilate the space properly. Plus, I had to deal with a lack of communication regarding my room's cleanliness. after requesting a refund for one night due to these disturbances, it felt disappointing that my experience included these hiccups.

Perfect getaway vibes!
We had an awesome stay! The bed felt magical, like sleeping on a cloud. The lounge with great views and a cozy tea spot was a nice surprise. Staff were super friendly, especially at breakfast, where the pancakes were delish! Wish the elevator was faster tho. Can’t wait to come back!
